Movement

Ran a little less than 2 miles today and swam about 1/4 mile yesterday. I'm kind of proud of my little fitness binge recently. It's sometimes tough to find the motivation to get out of bed or get off my butt to do these things. And while 2 miles doesn't seem like that much compared to how much I was running in high school, I'm happy that it's turning into something and I will slowly get into better shape if I keep this regiment up. Not sure what tomorrow brings(probably day of rest), but I am excited for the next time I go for a run or break a sweat.
